Returns
Returns are accepted only if the customer provides a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
The unboxing video must clearly show:
- The unopened parcel from all sides.
- The process of opening the package.
- The product received in its original condition.
Without an unboxing video, returns will not be accepted.
Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment (bank account/UPI/card).
Exchanges
We offer product exchanges for items of the same brand (DVinc) only.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
